This Child Safety Protection Agreement (hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Agreement") is formally formulated and issued by the operating entity of the BeThere application (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform") (hereinafter referred to as "We/Us"). The purpose of this Agreement is to clarify the Platform's responsibilities and service obligations concerning the protection of minors' rights and interests and child safety, strictly abide by Google Play Child Safety Standards and Google Play Content Policies, and fully comply with all globally applicable child protection laws and regulations as well as those in force within the distribution regions of the Platform.
All users, legal guardians of minors, and other relevant parties who use the Platform's services shall be deemed to have fully read, fully understood, and voluntarily agreed to be bound by all terms of this Agreement upon accessing or using the application.
We always take building a safe, healthy and minor-friendly online environment as the core operational principle, prioritize the protection of minors' rights and interests in Platform operation, and strictly implement the core regulatory requirements of Google Play for child safety.
We adopt a zero-tolerance policy toward Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM/CSAE), infringements on children's rights and interests, acts harmful to minors' physical and mental health, and all behaviors that damage or threaten the legitimate rights and interests of minors.
This Agreement is a valid supplementary document to the BeThere User Service Agreement, and shall have the same legal effect as the User Service Agreement, Platform Privacy Policy, and official Google Play compliance rules.
In the event of any conflict between the provisions of this Agreement and the prevailing Google Play Child Safety Standards, Google Play Content Policies, or other official Google specifications, the official prevailing Google rules shall prevail. Any matters not expressly stipulated herein shall be governed by the prevailing Google Play app market child compliance requirements and applicable child protection laws and regulations of relevant countries and regions.
To fully protect minors' online safety, regulate the Platform content ecosystem and user behavior, and meet Google Play listing compliance standards, we have formulated the following mandatory safety specifications, which all Platform users, partners and relevant parties must strictly abide by and implement:
If you find any content or acts that violate this Child Safety Protection Agreement, infringe on minors' rights and interests, or threaten minors' online safety while using the BeThere app, you may submit reports to us through official customer service channels. We will complete clue verification and issue disposal results in strict accordance with Google Play compliance time limits, and timely notify the reporter of the outcome, making every effort to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of minors.

We reserve the right to revise and update this Agreement from time to time in light of updates to Google Play Child Safety Standards, revisions to relevant laws, regulations and policies, and actual Platform operation conditions. The revised Agreement will be prominently displayed within the app and take effect immediately upon publication.
If you do not accept the revised Agreement terms, you must immediately stop using all Platform services. Your continued use of the Platform after the updated Agreement is published shall be deemed as voluntary acceptance and approval of all terms of the revised version.
